Not Emergency or Primary Care

Origins Holistic Therapies is not an emergency facility. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care. Our services do not establish a primary care physician-patient relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Scope of Practice

Each practitioner provides services within their licensed or certified scope of practice. Not all services offered are considered medical services. Some services are educational, supportive, or complementary in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless provided by a licensed medical professional acting within their legal scope.
