Scope of Services

Origins Holistic Therapies provides integrative, holistic, and wellness-oriented services through a collaborative team of practitioners. Services may include, but are not limited to, nutrition services, therapy services, bodywork, occupational therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and other aligned modalities.

Origins is not an emergency medical facility and does not provide emergency or urgent care services.

Independent Practitioners

Some practitioners at Origins may operate as independent contractors or independently licensed providers. Each practitioner is responsible for services provided within their scope of practice and professional licensing.

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • You are responsible for arriving on time.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without fee reduction.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of session fees.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Origins may accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Origins may not accept insurance and may be considered an out-of-network provider.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes, symptom changes, or specific results. Individual responses vary.
